PERFORMANCES
Our dance-theatre
and dance-poetry performances are life-transforming experiences in which
Maria Mar brings the ancient shamanic community healing ceremonies back to
life within a modern context. In these performances, Art is returned to its
original function of rites of passage and communal ceremony of empowerment.
The insight generated are instant and they generate lasting change, as
testified by women who write to us years after seeing a performance to let
us know that it changed their lives forever.

FlightDream Dance-theatre Performance
 Female
audiences go through a powerful journey of transformation through the story
of a female protagonist who faces the many ways in which she sabotages
herself.
This participatory dance-theatre performance takes women through a holistic,
physically engaging experience of the
FlightDream Course.
This is a unique system created by
Maria Mar based on more than 20 years of experience working with women. It
empowers women to understand and release the 6 main self-sabotage MOs that
steal women's dreams, power and success.

LifeBites: On Stage
A chunk of life on stage

Find a solution you can practice.
PBS- featured author, performer and shaman Maria Mar uses poetry,
dance-theatre and shamanic tools to present mirrors of today's current
problems and offer easy, do-able solutions.
Maria Mar's
LifeBites are the encapsulated, modern
version of a shamanic healing ceremony in the ancestral communities.
Maria embodies the problem and uses movement, voice and poetry to condense
it, powerfully moving the audience.
Then she embodies the solution, again using art to strike a chord in each
person's heart. She then engages the audience in participatory "rehearsals"
of these new solutions.
In Maria Mar's LifeBites: On State, the
spectators become SpectActors, and acting becomes a rehearsal of new
ways of living.

in the Law of Attraction
Lecture and Reading Series for Female Leadership
Maria Mar uses storytelling from her novel
Angelina and the Law
of Attraction to help women recognize the roadblocks to their
manifestation.
Maria Mar then shares with women Female Secrets in the Law of Attraction
that are based on organic female strengths and gifts. Women discover how
they are creating their world and how they can use their gifts to create the
world they want.
The vivid chapter readings can be combined with skill-giving lectures and
guided meditation journey for deeper transformational impact.

Poetry Rites of
Passage for women
Dreams are Never Tiny is a moving rites
of passage created by poet and shaman Maria Mar to honor and reclaim women's
personal dreams. The beautiful poem serves as the recitation for a simple,
engaging rite in which women honor women's dreams and commit to their own
dream in a safe, inspiring and moving ceremony.
Can be followed with a poetry-writing workshop to help each woman reclaim
her own Personal Dream.

WORKSHOPS
FlightDream Workshop
Holistic Female Leadership
and Women's empowerment workshop
This 4-hour hands-on workshop takes women through an intense path of freedom
that begins in the body, promoting stress-free living and body-mind
integration.
The workshop then feeds the mind with clear and useful information that
allows women to examine the 6 main Self-sabotage MOs used by women, discover
their Primary Self-sabotage and begin to release it.
The workshop ends with a Power Walk designed to help women take the
first actions to walk from where they are now to where they want to be.
Includes the
FlightDream Course in a Bag, with all
the take-home tools they need to keep working towards their dreams and
goals.
